Organizing a business event is always a big logistic challenge. In addition to purely factual matters concerning the business or scientific content of the conference (e.g. schedule of speeches, selection of guests and speakers), we must deal with the technical organization of the entire project.
First of all, you need to find a suitable space. To do this, we need to know the exact number of participants and determine the nature of our business event. We need a completely different room when organising a conference for 150 people, and a different one when organising an intimate training course on negotiation techniques for 10 people. Only after defining the list and profile of participants you can start choosing a room.
FEATURES OF A GOOD TRAINING ROOM
Above all, the room must be suited to the number of participants in our event. The space should be bright and spacious. We must remember that conferences never last 40 minutes, so each of the participants must feel comfortable in the conference room.
Above all, good mood is ensured by proper temperature, so there should be air-conditioning in the room. Good lighting is also an important factor. The room must also have windows. Nobody likes to sit for several hours in a dark and stuffy room. It is always nice to take your eyes off the surroundings in the hall and at least for a moment look out the window.

An important issue in adapting the rooms for conference participants, is also the ease of movement around the building, the proximity of toilets and accessibility for people with disabilities. The Lechicka Hotel offers its guests two elevators and corridors, where you can move freely. For all conference and training participants there is also a large parking lot available.

There's nothing worse than taking part in a conference or, even worse, a training course and not being able to use wi-fi. That is why all the conference rooms in the Lechicka Hotel have the option of wireless connection to the Internet.
It often happens that the organizers of trainings or conferences want to insert their own marketing materials (e.g. rollups) or company elements that are necessary for the successful course of the event. The rooms in the Lechicka Hotel are spacious and do not contain any unnecessary objects in their space. You can easily place your own decorations in the room without worrying about having enough space.

There's no fooling around! Delicious catering at a conference is often the most important element of the whole event. It is a well-known fact that a hungry participant is an unhappy participant. Room price for conference services - from 176 PLN per day for a double room with breakfast.
Room rental price for additional services (i.e. break, lunch) from 79 zł gross per hour.
Room rental without additional services - from 150 PLN gross per hour (in this case the price is set individually)
